Oleodinamica Marchesini V1135/VU RFP2 3/4 C/VU two-way pressure-compensated flow control valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V1135/VU is the RFP2 3/4 C/VU two-way pressure-compensated flow control valve, listed for maximum flow of 90 l/min and maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The current factory article table gives a mass of 1.600 kg.

Connect E to supply and P to the circuit requiring regulated flow through the 3/4" BSP ports. The compensator maintains the adjusted delivery flow as downstream pressure varies within the conditions shown by the factory curves. The integral check permits free reverse flow from P to E; this C/VU execution is distinct from the plain RFP2 valve of the same port size.

Excess supply flow returns through the external main relief valve of the hydraulic system. This two-way valve does not provide an added third bypass port or an integrated system relief valve. Adjust the handknob after releasing its locking nut. The matched running clearances permit slight internal leakage, so the valve should not be treated as a zero-leakage load-holding check.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel components with standard BUNA-N seals. The local drawing retains the body dimensions and the additional features applicable only to the 3/4" execution.
