Oleodinamica Marchesini V0178/FLV VBPDE 1/4 A FLV double pilot-operated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0178/FLV (VBPDE 1/4 A FLV) is a double pilot-operated check valve. The factory maximum operating pressure is 350 bar and the maximum flow is 20 l/min.

Two pilot-operated checks retain the actuator in both directions. Each section permits supply flow towards its cylinder port and blocks return until the opposite pilot line is pressurised. Connect V1/V2 to the supply and C1/C2 to the actuator using the mounting arrangement for this execution.

The manufacturer table specifies a 1:5.5 pilot ratio and a catalogue cracking pressure of 4.5 bar. These are the standard table values for this code; optional springs and seal arrangements are separate configurations.
