Oleodinamica Marchesini V1441 VBCD DE NG10 CETOP 5 double counterbalance valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V1441 is the VBCD DE NG10 CETOP 5 double counterbalance valve, with maximum flow of 80 l/min and the factory pilot-ratio designation 1:4.5. The factory maximum operating pressure is 350 bar.

The counterbalance element holds an overrunning actuator and meters its return flow when pilot pressure is applied. The two counterbalance branches control and hold the actuator in both directions; the crossed pilot connections open the return-side branch during commanded movement.

This is a NG10 / CETOP 5 sandwich module controlling line A and B. The P/T passages and the unregulated actuator passage shown in the factory symbol pass through the stack. Align the original port pattern, four mounting holes and O-ring faces with the valve stack; this plate does not use BSP pipe ports at its mounting interface.

V1441 is the standard double-line execution, separate from the closed-centre V1447. The factory drawing table lists body length L of 151.5 mm, total catalogue dimension L1 of 247.5 mm and mass of 4.645 kg. These current factory dimensions take precedence over misaligned dimensions in the supplier table.

The catalogue standard setting is 320 bar, separate from the component maximum pressure and from the actual setting of a delivered unit. The manufacturer specifies a setting at least 1.3 times the load-induced pressure to allow the valve to close under maximum load. Apply that guidance to the machine circuit rather than treating it as a new order-code combination.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with standard BUNA-N seals. Where curves specify oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt, these are reference conditions rather than operating-temperature limits.
