Oleodinamica Marchesini V1411 VBCD SE/A NG6 CETOP 3 single counterbalance valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V1411 is the VBCD SE/A NG6 CETOP 3 single counterbalance valve, with maximum flow of 40 l/min and the factory pilot-ratio designation 1:4.5. The factory maximum operating pressure is 350 bar.

The counterbalance element holds an overrunning actuator and meters its return flow when pilot pressure is applied. Only the specified actuator line is controlled; the other line provides the separate free-flow and pilot path shown in the original circuit.

This is a NG6 / CETOP 3 sandwich module controlling line A. The P/T passages and the unregulated actuator passage shown in the factory symbol pass through the stack. Align the original port pattern, four mounting holes and O-ring faces with the valve stack; this plate does not use BSP pipe ports at its mounting interface.

The factory drawing lists body length L of 90 mm, total catalogue dimension L1 of 145 mm and mass of 1.727 kg. The interface uses the manufacturer O-ring designation 2-012 and four 5.5 mm mounting holes.

The catalogue standard setting is 320 bar, separate from the component maximum pressure and from the actual setting of a delivered unit. The manufacturer specifies a setting at least 1.3 times the load-induced pressure to allow the valve to close under maximum load. Apply that guidance to the machine circuit rather than treating it as a new order-code combination.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with standard BUNA-N seals.
