Oleodinamica Marchesini V1230 VRSP 3/4 regenerative hydraulic valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V1230 (VRSP 3/4) is a regenerative hydraulic valve with 3/4 inch BSP main ports. Its factory ratings are 95 l/min maximum flow and 350 bar maximum operating pressure.

During regenerative operation the valve routes oil from the cylinder rod side at C1 into the head-side supply at P, adding return oil to pump delivery. When head-side pressure reaches the selected setting, regeneration is cut out and the circuit returns to full-force operation. The factory regeneration setting range is 60–110 bar; this range is separate from the 350 bar maximum operating pressure.

Connect C1 to the rod side, P to the head-side supply and M to an optional pressure gauge. Follow the complete original circuit diagram for V1 and the directional valve connections. The listed pressure range does not identify a particular delivered adjustment setting.
