Oleodinamica Marchesini V1120/VMP RFP3 1/2 C/VMP three-way pressure-compensated flow control valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V1120/VMP is the RFP3 1/2 C/VMP three-way pressure-compensated flow control valve, with a factory maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and mass of 2.180 kg.

The factory inlet-flow limit is 80 l/min, while the maximum adjusted priority flow is 60 l/min. The pressure compensator maintains the adjusted priority delivery as downstream pressure changes; excess flow is returned to T. The integrated relief limits pressure on the regulated priority circuit. Maximum inlet flow, adjusted flow and component pressure are separate limits.

Connect E to hydraulic supply, P to the circuit requiring regulated priority flow and T to tank. All three threaded ports are 1/2" BSP. Adjust flow with the handknob after releasing the locking nut. The factory standard relief-spring row is 10–180 bar with a 90 bar catalogue setting; this is not a verified preset for a delivered unit and does not replace the 350 bar component rating.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with standard BUNA-N seals. The original factory hydraulic symbol and exact article drawing are retained in the local PDF. Where the manufacturer describes slight internal leakage, the component is not represented as a zero-leakage shut-off device.
