Oleodinamica Marchesini V1115/VU RFP2 3/8 C/VU two-way pressure-compensated flow control valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V1115/VU is the RFP2 3/8 C/VU two-way pressure-compensated flow-control valve with an integral reverse-flow check. Its factory rating is 30 l/min maximum flow and 350 bar maximum pressure, with a listed mass of 1.570 kg and 3/8" BSP E/P connections.

Connect E to supply and P to the circuit requiring regulated flow. The compensator maintains the selected delivery flow as downstream pressure changes within the conditions shown in the manufacturer curves. The integral check permits free reverse flow from P to E; this is the distinguishing feature from the plain V1115 RFP2 article.

Excess supply flow must return to tank through the main relief valve of the system. This two-way component does not have an added third bypass port or an integrated system relief valve. Adjust flow with the handknob after releasing the locking nut. The matched running clearances allow slight internal leakage, so it should not be presented as a zero-leakage load-holding valve.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with standard BUNA-N seals. Where curves specify oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt, these are reference conditions rather than operating-temperature limits.
