Oleodinamica Marchesini V1115 RFP2 3/8 two-way pressure-compensated flow control valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V1115 is the RFP2 3/8 two-way pressure-compensated flow-control valve with 3/8" BSP E/P connections. The factory table lists maximum flow of 30 l/min, maximum pressure of 350 bar and mass of 1.213 kg. Flow is adjusted by the handknob after releasing the locking nut.

Connect E to supply and P to the circuit requiring regulated flow. The compensator maintains the selected delivery flow as downstream pressure changes within the operating conditions shown in the manufacturer curves. Excess supply flow must return to tank through the main relief valve of the system; this two-way valve does not contain an added third bypass port.

The zinc-plated steel body uses hardened and ground internal parts and standard BUNA-N seals. The factory describes matched running clearances with slight internal leakage, so the component should not be presented as a zero-leakage load-holding valve. The standard RFP2 article is distinct from the RFP2/VU version with reverse-flow check.
