Oleodinamica Marchesini V0870 RS 2 1" BSP 2-way ball valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0870 is an RS 2 2-way high-pressure ball valve with 1" BSP connections, a factory PN rating of 350 bar and nominal bore DN 25 mm. Its listed mass is 2.23 kg. PN is the pressure designation printed for this article; the sheet does not provide a temperature-dependent pressure derating schedule.

The manual quarter-turn lever opens or isolates an oil line. Either A or P can face the supply: the original circuit shows flow blocked with the lever at 90 degrees and open with the lever in line. This is an isolation valve; no proportional metering characteristic or calibrated flow setting is assigned.

The A/P connection row (A/B/P on the three-way version) uses female BSP parallel threads under the factory DIN/150 228 BSP heading. The nominal inch thread size is distinct from the DN flow bore. NPT versions use different VN article codes and are not represented by this BSP article.

The body is zinc-plated steel with ground, chromium-plated steel internal parts and standard BUNA-N/POM sealing elements. Installation dimension L is 66.5 mm, overall length L1 is 112.4 mm and lever dimension L2 is 180 mm. Check lever clearance and connection details against the original drawing.
