Oleodinamica Marchesini V0812 VUBA 1 + MMF hose burst valve assembly

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0812 is the VUBA 1 + MMF hose burst valve assembly with a male/female MMF inline housing and 1" BSP connections. The original complete-assembly table gives mass 0.456 kg, catalogue dimension L1 of 85 mm and hexagon size 41 mm.

The assembly contains the V0810 hose burst cartridge, whose factory maximum-flow reference is 180 l/min and maximum-pressure reference is 350 bar. These values describe the cartridge. A separately stated maximum pressure for the complete housing is not supplied by this factory sheet, so a complete-assembly pressure limit is not inferred.

Install V towards supply and C towards the actuator. If actuator outflow exceeds the adjusted reaction flow, the valve closes to limit uncontrolled descent after hose failure. The manufacturer states that this device is neither a load-holding check valve nor a one-way flow restrictor and recommends a downstream flow-control valve.

The manufacturer recommends a reaction-flow setting of about 1.5 times the system flow. The listed maximum flow and drawing gap S are separate references, not a verified delivered calibration. Hole-on-plate and preset options apply only to separately specified articles and are not inferred for this model.

The local technical PDF retains the complete applicable original manufacturer spread. Neighbouring sizes and optional configurations apply only where explicitly identified. Any 50 °C oil temperature and 30 cSt viscosity shown with curves are reference conditions rather than independent operating limits.
