Oleodinamica Marchesini V0795 VUBR 1/2 externally adjustable hose burst valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0795 is the VUBR 1/2 externally adjustable hose burst valve, with factory maximum flow 70 l/min, maximum operating pressure 300 bar and mass 0.586 kg.

The VUBR execution includes an external screw for adjustment of the reaction flow. Release the locking nut and use the screw according to the original connection notes. Its zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with a ball-type sealing element. This is a complete inline valve with 1/2" BSP V/C connections.

Install V towards supply and C towards the actuator. If actuator outflow exceeds the adjusted reaction flow, the valve closes to limit uncontrolled descent after hose failure. The manufacturer states that this device is neither a load-holding check valve nor a one-way flow restrictor and recommends a downstream flow-control valve.
