Oleodinamica Marchesini V0785 VUBR 3/8 externally adjustable hose burst valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0785 is the VUBR 3/8 externally adjustable hose burst valve with 3/8" BSP connections, maximum flow of 40 l/min and maximum pressure of 300 bar. The factory table lists a mass of 0.634 kg. It uses a zinc-plated steel body and hardened, ground internal components.

Connect V to supply and C to the actuator. A sudden rise in actuator outflow above the reaction setting causes the ball-type mechanism to close. Unlike the basic internal plate-gap cartridge, VUBR provides an external screw for adjusting the reaction-flow threshold.

The factory notes an approximate change of 15 l/min per adjuster turn and instructs the installer to keep the sealing nut seated against the valve during adjustment to prevent leakage. This adjustment guide does not establish a delivered preset or a precision calibration tolerance.
