Oleodinamica Marchesini V0780 VUBA 3/8 hose burst cartridge valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0780 is the VUBA 3/8 hose burst cartridge valve, with factory maximum flow 50 l/min, maximum operating pressure 350 bar and mass 0.012 kg.

This is the bare burnished-steel cartridge for installation in the correctly machined 3/8" BSP port. The drawing gives cartridge dimension L of 10.5 mm, dimension L1 of 23 mm, plate-gap reference S of 1.2 mm and required clearance diameter F of 15.2 mm. It is distinct from the complete MFF or MMF housing assemblies.

Install V towards supply and C towards the actuator. If actuator outflow exceeds the adjusted reaction flow, the valve closes to limit uncontrolled descent after hose failure. The manufacturer states that this device is neither a load-holding check valve nor a one-way flow restrictor and recommends a downstream flow-control valve.
