Oleodinamica Marchesini V0621 VUI 3/4 integrated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0621 is the VUI 3/4 integrated check valve, listed for maximum flow of 80 l/min and maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The current factory article table gives a mass of 0.074 kg.

This compact integrated cartridge permits free flow from V to C and blocks reverse flow from C to V. The listed cracking pressure is 0.9 bar. Screw the valve into the correctly machined 3/4" BSP cavity with the flow direction shown in the original hydraulic symbol.

The cavity drawing specifies diameter X of 24.1 mm and a 118-degree seat angle. The valve body diameter D is 24 mm, the drawing length L is 28.5 mm and the O-ring size is 18.72 x 2.62 mm. A cavity thread designation does not describe an additional inline pipe connection.

The body is zinc-plated steel with hardened and ground internals and O-ring sealing. The current visible factory table is used for mass and O-ring size; the legacy text embedded in some copies and supplier listings contains different values. No O-ring compound or independent temperature limit is inferred.
