Oleodinamica Marchesini V0616 VRC 1/2 bidirectional check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0616 is the VRC 1/2 bidirectional check valve, listed for maximum flow of 55 l/min and maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The current factory article table gives a mass of 0.448 kg.

The two opposed check branches allow flow in both directions at different opening pressures. The original circuit specifies 0.5 bar in the V-to-C direction and 8 bar in the C-to-V direction. These cracking pressures are distinct from the 350 bar maximum operating pressure.

Connect V or C to supply according to the required opening-pressure direction and retain the orientation shown in the local hydraulic symbol. The 1/2" BSP version has drawing length L of 118 mm, dimension L1 of 26 mm and hexagon sizes CH1 of 27 mm and CH2 of 30 mm. The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts; no unsupported seal compound is assigned.
