Oleodinamica Marchesini V0591 VUI 1/4 integrated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0591 is the VUI 1/4 integrated check-valve insert with a G 1/4 mounting interface. The factory table specifies maximum flow of 20 l/min, maximum pressure of 350 bar and cracking pressure of 2.2 bar. Its visible drawing table gives a mass of 0.011 kg and length L of 17 mm.

Flow is permitted from V to C and blocked in the reverse direction. The compact insert screws into the correctly machined cavity of a custom hydraulic manifold or circuit. Its zinc-plated steel body seals externally through an O-ring.

The insert diameter D is 11.3 mm; the mating cavity guide bore X is 11.4 mm. These are different dimensions and must not be interchanged. The local PDF retains the cavity section, including the 118-degree seat, dimensions Y/Z and the 9 × 1 mm O-ring reference. O-ring material is not independently specified.
