Oleodinamica Marchesini V0513 VABP 1/2 two-pump hi-low unloading valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0513 (VABP 1/2) is a two-pump hi-low unloading valve. The factory pressure rating is 350 bar. The separate factory flow limits are 30 l/min at AP, 50 l/min at BP and 80 l/min at T. The low-pressure-stage limit is 100 bar, separate from the 350 bar maximum pressure rating.

Connect BP to the higher-flow pump, AP to the lower-flow pump, U to the working circuit and T to tank. Port M accepts a pressure gauge when required. At the BP threshold, the valve diverts the higher-flow pump to tank while the smaller pump continues the high-pressure stage. The catalogue standard spring ranges are 20–80 bar for BP and 50–350 bar for AP; verify the actual settings and pump flow limits during selection.

Thread sizes differ by port: AP 3/8 inch BSP, BP 1/2 inch BSP, U 1/2 inch BSP, T 3/4 inch BSP. Use the original drawing for port positions and the gauge connection.
