Oleodinamica Marchesini V0510 VAUAC 3/4 cross-line relief valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0510 (VAUAC 3/4) is a cross-line relief valve with a maximum flow of 110 l/min and a maximum operating pressure of 300 bar. The factory-listed mass is 2.534 kg. The maximum pressure is a component limit, distinct from the selected spring range and actual relief setting.

The two relief branches limit pressure at the hydraulic motor lines and discharge to T. Integral check valves provide make-up flow when the driven load overruns the motor. Connect M1/M2 to the motor, V1/V2 to the supply and T to tank, following the labelled circuit. The manufacturer recommends fitting the block near the actuator and a tank-line check valve with a minimum 3 bar cracking pressure. That external valve is an installation recommendation, not an included part.

The 3/4 execution uses an aluminium body and a G 1/2 tank connection; its main V1/V2 connections are G 3/4.

Internal parts are hardened and ground steel, with standard BUNA-N seals and a guided-poppet construction. The original pressure/flow curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt; these are curve reference conditions, not an established operating-temperature range.
