Oleodinamica Marchesini V0499/SF VAU 1/2 SE OMP/OMR SF cross-line relief valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0499/SF (VAU 1/2 SE OMP/OMR SF) is a cross-line relief valve with a maximum flow of 60 l/min and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The factory-listed mass is 1.680 kg. The maximum pressure is a component limit, distinct from the selected spring range and actual relief setting.

The valve mounts directly on Danfoss OMP/OMR motors. Match the original flange drawing, oil passages and sealing seats to the motor before installation; a matching family name alone does not establish compatibility with every motor execution.

The SE circuit limits one motor line; it is not the DE two-line circuit.

The /SF execution adds a G 1/8 brake-release port shown in the original hydraulic diagram. It is not the /AC anti-cavitation execution.

Connect M1/M2 to the motor and the G 1/2 V1/V2 ports to the supply. Optional spring ranges and pressure-setting variants shown in the family document are not additional generated articles.

Internal parts are hardened and ground steel, with standard BUNA-N seals and a guided-poppet construction. The original pressure/flow curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt; these are curve reference conditions, not an established operating-temperature range. Use the local full spread for the applicable circuit, dimensions, spring tables and installation conditions.
