Oleodinamica Marchesini V0455 VAU 1/2 AG - AR cross-line relief valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0455 (VAU 1/2 AG - AR) is a cross-line relief valve with a maximum flow of 60 l/min and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The factory-listed mass is 1.480 kg. The maximum pressure is a component limit, distinct from the selected spring range and actual relief setting.

The valve mounts directly on Samhydraulik AG/AR motors. Match the original flange drawing, oil passages and sealing seats to the motor before installation; a matching family name alone does not establish compatibility with every motor execution.

The motor-side M1/M2 passages are secured by hollow bolts, which the drawing states are not supplied. The separately illustrated CR01058Z G 1/2 bolt is an accessory, not a threaded hole specification for the 21.3 mm body bore. V1/V2 connect to the supply. The supplier names the 10–180 bar range for its V0455 offer; no other spring or setting suffix is generated here.

Internal parts are hardened and ground steel, with standard BUNA-N seals and a guided-poppet construction. The original pressure/flow curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt; these are curve reference conditions, not an established operating-temperature range.
