Oleodinamica Marchesini V0445 VBCDF 3/4 DE OMT double counterbalance valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0445 is the VBCDF 3/4 DE OMT double counterbalance valve, with maximum flow of 100 l/min and the factory pilot-ratio designation 1:5.5. The factory maximum operating pressure is 350 bar.

The counterbalance element holds an overrunning actuator and meters its return flow when pilot pressure is applied. The two counterbalance branches control and hold the actuator in both directions; the crossed pilot connections open the return-side branch during commanded movement.

V0445 mounts directly on the Danfoss OMT motor interface. Connect V1/V2 through the 3/4" BSP supply ports and mate C1/C2 to the motor flange. The 17 mm C1/C2 dimensions describe interface bores, not threaded 3/4" BSP ports. Check the original 10.5 mm mounting holes, 16.5 mm counterbores and O-ring 3118 seats against the actual motor.

The current manufacturer table lists a mass of 4.600 kg. The SF brake-release connection shown for V0445/SF does not apply to this standard V0445 article.

The catalogue standard setting is 320 bar, separate from the component maximum pressure and from the actual setting of a delivered unit. The manufacturer specifies a setting at least 1.3 times the load-induced pressure to allow the valve to close under maximum load. Apply that guidance to the machine circuit rather than treating it as a new order-code combination.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with standard BUNA-N seals. The local PDF retains the complete relevant original manufacturer spread, including the exact article table, hydraulic symbol and installation drawing. Where curves specify oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt, these are reference conditions rather than operating-temperature limits.
