Oleodinamica Marchesini V0432/FLV VBCD 1/2 DE A FLV double counterbalance valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0432/FLV is the VBCD 1/2 DE A FLV double counterbalance valve, with maximum flow of 60 l/min and the factory pilot-ratio designation 1:4.5. The factory maximum operating pressure is 350 bar.

The counterbalance element holds an overrunning actuator and meters its return flow when pilot pressure is applied. The two counterbalance branches control and hold the actuator in both directions; the crossed pilot connections open the return-side branch during commanded movement.

V0432/FLV is the 1/2" BSP Type A execution with a supplied drilled mounting bolt for direct cylinder attachment. Connect V1/V2 to supply and C1/C2 to the actuator according to the factory drawing. The drawing lists body length L of 151 mm and total catalogue dimension L1 of 247 mm; the mass is 2.700 kg.

The catalogue standard setting is 320 bar, separate from the component maximum pressure and from the actual setting of a delivered unit. The manufacturer specifies a setting at least 1.3 times the load-induced pressure to allow the valve to close under maximum load. Apply that guidance to the machine circuit rather than treating it as a new order-code combination.
