Oleodinamica Marchesini V0422/FLV VBCD 3/8 DE A FLV double counterbalance valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0422/FLV is the VBCD 3/8 DE A FLV double counterbalance valve, listed for maximum flow of 40 l/min and maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The current factory article table gives a mass of 2.414 kg.

The factory pilot-ratio designation is 1:4.5. The valve controls the return flow of an overrunning load and holds the actuator when the directional valve is idle. The two cross-piloted branches control the actuator in both directions; supply pressure on one side opens the corresponding return-side counterbalance branch.

This Type A FLV article has 3/8" BSP supply ports and the supplied drilled mounting bolt for direct cylinder attachment. Connect V1/V2 to supply and flange C1/C2 to the actuator using the original arrangement. The factory lists body length L of 151 mm, catalogue dimension L1 of 247 mm, height H of 70 mm and thickness S of 30 mm.

The catalogue standard setting is 320 bar. This is a factory catalogue reference, separate from maximum component pressure and from the actual setting of a delivered unit.
