Oleodinamica Marchesini V0330 VRAP 80/100 SS plough overturning valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0330 (VRAP 80/100 SS) is a plough overturning valve for automatic reversal of the hydraulic cylinder on a reversible plough. Its factory maximum pressure is 400 bar and maximum exchange pressure is 250 bar. These are separate limits; the exchange pressure is not the valve body pressure rating. The listed mass is 2.230 kg.

The double pilot-operated check arrangement holds the cylinder at an intermediate position. C1 connects to the rod side, C2 to the head side, and P/T to the machine supply. The C1 drawing identifies a 12 mm connection bore, distinct from the G 3/8 threads listed for C2 and P/T.

The SS circuit controls overturning cylinder A and alignment cylinder B in parallel. The lower-pressure alignment cylinder begins to align the load first; the overturning cylinder then starts before the alignment stroke ends. After the dead point, the two cylinders return the plough to its working position. The supplied exchange setting is approximately 150 bar and is adjustable. Follow the original C1/C2 and U1/U2 circuit rather than treating this as a basic two-port valve.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel internal parts and standard BUNA-N seals. The guided poppet provides low-leakage load holding.
