Oleodinamica Marchesini V0325 VRAP 110/130 FSCM plough overturning valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0325 (VRAP 110/130 FSCM) is a plough overturning valve with a factory maximum pressure of 400 bar and listed mass of 3.390 kg. The original sheet identifies this exact article; the manufacturer photograph represents the series.

The FSCM execution is for an on-land reversible plough with a cylinder that has memory. It includes shock protection as the plough passes the dead point and fixed compensated flow control to keep movement speed consistent. It is distinct from V0326 FSSM, the cylinder-without-memory circuit with additional head-side pressure limiting.

Connect C1 and the shock-relief circuit to the cylinder rod side using the original mounting arrangement, C2 to the head side and P/T to the machine supply. C1 is shown with a 12 mm bore, while C2 and P/T are G 3/8. The factory table gives a 250 bar maximum exchange pressure, separate from the 400 bar component rating. Use the dedicated V0325 diagram.

The zinc-plated steel body uses hardened and ground internal parts and standard BUNA-N seals. Follow the original circuit and installation drawing in the local PDF. Where pressure/flow curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt, these are curve reference conditions and not an operating-temperature specification. The complete relevant factory spread is retained unchanged.
