Oleodinamica Marchesini V0316 VBCD 1/2 DE A PB double counterbalance valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0316 is the VBCD 1/2 DE A PB double counterbalance valve, listed for maximum flow of 60 l/min and maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The current factory article table gives a mass of 2.122 kg.

The factory pilot-ratio designation is 1:4.5. The valve controls the return flow of an overrunning load and holds the actuator when the directional valve is idle. The two cross-piloted branches control the actuator in both directions; supply pressure on one side opens the corresponding return-side counterbalance branch.

This is the 1/2" BSP Type A partially balanced double-counterbalance execution for a closed-centre directional valve. The manufacturer describes both the setting and pilot response as insensitive to back pressure for the specified circuit. Connect V1/V2 to supply and C1/C2 to the actuator.
