Oleodinamica Marchesini V0313 VBCD 1/2 DE FL PB double counterbalance valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0313 is the VBCD 1/2 DE FL PB double counterbalance valve, listed for maximum flow of 60 l/min and maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The current factory article table gives a mass of 2.249 kg.

The factory pilot-ratio designation is 1:4.5. The valve controls the return flow of an overrunning load and holds the actuator when the directional valve is idle. The two cross-piloted branches control the actuator in both directions; supply pressure on one side opens the corresponding return-side counterbalance branch.

This partially balanced double valve is intended for a closed-centre directional circuit. Connect V1/V2 through the 1/2" BSP supply ports and flange C1/C2 directly to the actuator. The 9 mm C1/C2 interface bores and O-ring 3043 seats must match the actual cylinder flange. These bores are not threaded 1/2" pipe connections.

The current factory drawing table lists mass 2.249 kg and catalogue dimension L1 of 277 mm. The supplier repeats a 2.269 kg figure; the exact current factory row is used here.

The catalogue standard setting is 320 bar. This is a factory catalogue reference, separate from maximum component pressure and from the actual setting of a delivered unit. The manufacturer specifies a setting at least 1.3 times the load-induced pressure to permit closure at maximum load. The reference does not define a newly generated order-code configuration.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with standard BUNA-N seals and negligible internal leakage as described by the manufacturer.
