Oleodinamica Marchesini V0297 VNS CS 3/8 non-stop plough accumulator valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0297 is the VNS CS 3/8 non-stop plough and sub-soiler accumulator charge/discharge valve with 3/8" BSP connections. The factory maximum pressure is 350 bar and mass is 2.720 kg. The circuit combines two pressure-relief branches, a check valve and an adjustable restrictor for shock protection.

BP adjusts system charging pressure over 10–180 bar; AP sets the safety discharge pressure over 80–300 bar. These are separate setting ranges, not confirmed delivered presets, and neither replaces the 350 bar component pressure limit. A maximum flow is not stated in the applicable factory article table.

The manufacturer requires an open-centre or float directional spool. Connect P to the machine supply and the labelled U connection to the accumulator/system according to the original drawing; the English paragraph calls this connection C, while the actual schematic and body drawing label it U. Follow the labelled circuit when connecting T for discharge or oil reuse.

The body is zinc-plated steel with hardened and ground internals and standard BUNA-N seals. The visible factory drawing gives overall catalogue dimension H1 as 176.5 mm. Retain the separate P/T/U circuit and both BP/AP adjustments when comparing this valve with the simpler VNS articles.
