Oleodinamica Marchesini V0296 VNS 1/2 non-stop plough accumulator valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0296 (VNS 1/2) is a non-stop plough accumulator valve with a factory maximum pressure of 350 bar and listed mass of 2.050 kg. The original sheet identifies this exact article; the manufacturer photograph represents the series.

The block combines two pressure-relief valves and a check valve to charge the accumulator circuit used by non-stop ploughs and subsoil tillers. BP adjusts accumulator charging pressure over 10–180 bar; AP adjusts the safety discharge threshold over 80–300 bar. These adjustment ranges are separate from the 350 bar component limit.

Connect P to machine supply, T to drain or the recovery tank, and C to the protected system. P/T are G 3/8 on both sizes; C is G 3/8 for V0295 and G 1/2 for V0296. No accumulator capacity or working charge is inferred from the valve code.

The zinc-plated steel body uses hardened and ground internal parts and standard BUNA-N seals. Follow the original circuit and installation drawing in the local PDF. Where pressure/flow curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt, these are curve reference conditions and not an operating-temperature specification. The complete relevant factory spread is retained unchanged.
