Oleodinamica Marchesini V0277 VBL/3 SE 1/2 single pilot-operated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0277 (VBL/3 SE 1/2) is a single pilot-operated check valve with a maximum flow rating of 70 l/min and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The original factory table specifies a pilot ratio of 1:7 and a check-valve cracking pressure of 3 bar.

Flow is admitted from V towards C and retained in the reverse direction until pilot pressure opens the check element. Connect V to the supply, C to the retained actuator side and PIL to the pilot-pressure line. Main V/C connections are 1/2" BSP; the separate PIL connection is 1/4 inch BSP.

The high-pilot-ratio design has damped closing and is intended to reduce instability in circuits with heavy loads. The standard cracking pressure belongs to this exact code; optional spring values listed on the shared sheet are not assigned to it.

The manufacturer specifies hardened and ground steel internal parts, standard BUNA N seals and a guided-poppet check element with negligible leakage. The original curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt; these are test reference conditions, rather than an operating-temperature or viscosity range.
