Oleodinamica Marchesini V0190/FLV VBPDE 1/2 A FLV double pilot-operated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0190/FLV is the VBPDE 1/2 A FLV double pilot-operated check valve, with a factory maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and mass of 2.300 kg.

The double pilot-operated check arrangement holds the actuator in both directions. The factory lists maximum flow of 55 l/min, pilot ratio 1:4.5 and cracking pressure of 5.5 bar. Supply flow passes towards the actuator; reverse flow is blocked until pressure in the opposite line pilots the corresponding check open.

Connect V1/V2 to supply and C1/C2 to the actuator, using the fitting at C1 and the supplied drilled bolt at C2. The connections are 1/2" BSP. The direct cylinder mounting and Type A FLV circuit distinguish this article from a conventional inline double check valve.

The zinc-plated steel body contains hardened and ground steel parts with standard BUNA-N seals. The original factory hydraulic symbol and exact article drawing are retained in the local PDF.
