Oleodinamica Marchesini V0182 VBPDE 3/8 AL double pilot-operated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0182 (VBPDE 3/8 AL) is a double pilot-operated check valve with a maximum flow rating of 35 l/min and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The original factory table specifies a pilot ratio of 1:5.5 and a check-valve cracking pressure of 3 bar.

Two pilot-operated check sections retain a cylinder in both directions. Each section allows supply flow and blocks reverse flow until pilot pressure releases it. Connect V1/V2 to the supply and C1/C2 to the actuator. The V1/V2 ports are positioned on the lateral face; all main connections are 3/8" BSP.

The manufacturer specifies hardened and ground steel internal parts, standard BUNA N seals and a guided-poppet check element with negligible leakage. The original curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt; these are test reference conditions, rather than an operating-temperature or viscosity range.
