Oleodinamica Marchesini V0117 VBPDE 1/4 L CMP/FLV compact double pilot-operated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0117 is the VBPDE 1/4 L CMP/FLV compact double pilot-operated check valve for direct attachment to a short cylinder. It has 1/4" BSP connections, maximum flow of 20 l/min, maximum pressure of 300 bar and a 1:4.9 pilot ratio. The visible factory table gives a cracking pressure of 1 bar and mass of 0.450 kg.

The paired check branches hold the actuator in both directions. Flow is free towards the actuator and blocked on return until pressure in the opposite pilot line opens the corresponding check. Connect V1/V2 to supply and C1/C2 to the actuator using the dedicated drilled mounting bolt.

The factory article includes the drilled bolt and two bonded washers. Check the cylinder boss outside diameters against the original counterbore drawing and allow for both body length L of 84 mm and dimension L1 of 88.5 mm. The body is zinc-plated steel with hardened and ground internals and standard BUNA-N seals.
