Oleodinamica Marchesini V0090/SE VBPSE 1/4 L 2 CEXC single pilot-operated check valve

Oleodinamica Marchesini V0090/SE (VBPSE 1/4 L 2 CEXC) is a single pilot-operated check valve with a maximum flow rating of 20 l/min and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The original factory table specifies a pilot ratio of 1:5.5 and a check-valve cracking pressure of 4 bar.

The check section retains the actuator in one direction, with free supply flow and reverse flow released by hydraulic pilot pressure. Connect V1/V2 to the supply, C1 to the free-flow actuator side and C2 to the retained actuator side, following the original schematic.

The C1/C2 actuator interfaces are DIN 2353 12L tube fittings for 12 mm outside-diameter tubing. V1/V2 are 1/4" BSP threaded connections. Tube outside diameter and supply thread size are distinct specifications. A centre-distance mounting kit is an on-request accessory and is not implied to be included.

The manufacturer specifies hardened and ground steel internal parts, standard BUNA N seals and a guided-poppet check element with negligible leakage. The original curves use oil at 50 °C and 30 cSt; these are test reference conditions, rather than an operating-temperature or viscosity range.
