Oleodinamica Marchesini R1242 OXL 400 1/4 extra-long banjo pipe

Oleodinamica Marchesini R1242 (OXL 400 1/4) is a zinc-plated steel extra-long banjo pipe for 12 mm outside-diameter tubing in the 12L series. The factory specifies a working pressure of 350 bar and a separate burst pressure of 1000 bar for that tube series. Burst pressure is not an operating limit.

The banjo eye has a 13.3 mm unthreaded bore, distinct from the 12 mm tube diameter. Catalogue dimension L is 405 mm and mass is 0.19 kg. The nominal inch or 18 designation in the type name identifies the banjo execution; it does not make the eye bore a threaded BSP or metric port.

This pipe-and-banjo execution connects a DIN 2353 valve-series tube port to the cylinder through a matching hollow screw. The manufacturer describes deeper connection machining than the basic DIN 2353 geometry to allow more tolerance in tube preparation.

Orient the fitting during installation, fit the tube or connection as shown in the applicable factory drawing and secure the banjo with the matching hollow screw. The stated 360-degree adjustment concerns assembly orientation; this is not a fast or continuously rotating hydraulic joint. No custom /M length code is generated.
