Oleodinamica Marchesini EM001N 90-degree gauge isolator

Oleodinamica Marchesini EM001N is a 90-degree gauge isolator for opening or closing the oil connection to a hydraulic pressure gauge. Its circuit-side P connection is 1/4" BSPT male and its gauge-side M connection is 1/4" BSP female. The two thread standards and genders are retained separately.

The factory row lists 400 bar working pressure and a separate 600 bar maximum-pressure reference. The 600 bar figure is not substituted for the working-pressure limit. The Italian material description identifies nickel-plated steel, with NBR seals; the English wording “nickel steel” is not interpreted as a nickel-alloy grade.

The official general catalogue gives length reference L of 69.5 mm, while the earlier supplier-retained manufacturer table gives 72 mm for the same code. These are labelled edition references rather than one guaranteed envelope dimension. Both original tables are included locally so the physical revision can be checked before installation.

EM001N is the 90-degree type identified as EM90 in the original table. One supplier option calls it EML; that family label does not turn it into the straight EM001L execution. The supplier image is a representative EM-family image and does not establish the 90-degree geometry.
