Danfoss OMTS 315 151B3039 orbital hydraulic motor

Danfoss OMTS 315, part number 151B3039, is a fixed-displacement orbital hydraulic motor for low-speed, high-torque drives. The factory geometric displacement is 326.3 cm³/rev. Nominal size 315 identifies the series size and differs from the exact geometric displacement.

This is a bearingless short motor. It has no separate output shaft or motor output-shaft bearing assembly. The driven component must provide the correctly supported mating shaft and internal coupling geometry. Follow the original installation, lubrication and drain instructions; a standard motor shaft drawing does not define this execution.

Mounting type: 4 Bolt - Short; locating pilot 124.9 mm; bolt circle 160.0 mm. Main port connection: 3/4" BSP. Drain connection: 1/4" BSP. Port arrangement: Sideport - staggered. The motor uses Geroler gearing and disc valve with valve drive. Factory check-valve provision: Yes.

Continuous, intermittent and peak limits represent separate operating duties and must not be combined into one maximum-duty point. Differential pressure differs from maximum inlet pressure.
