Danfoss OMP 200 151-0615 orbital hydraulic motor

Danfoss OMP 200, part number 151-0615, is a fixed-displacement orbital hydraulic motor for low-speed, high-torque drives. Its geometric displacement is 194.6 cm³/rev; the nominal size 200 is a size designation rather than a substitute for the exact displacement.

The execution has a 25 mm cylindrical keyed output shaft, an A2 two-hole oval mounting flange with 82.5 mm pilot and 106.4 mm bolt circle. Main connections are 1/2 inch BSP parallel ports, with a 1/4 inch BSP drain connection. The A2 configuration uses a high-pressure shaft seal and does not include check valves.

The manufacturer table gives separate continuous limits of 310 rpm, 300 N·m torque, 115 bar differential pressure, 60 l/min oil flow and 8 kW output for the relevant size and shaft group. These maxima are not a single simultaneous operating point. Differential pressure is not an inlet-pressure rating. Use the original performance diagram, shaft-load limits and shaft-seal pressure conditions when selecting the operating point.

Intermittent table values apply for at most 10% of each minute; peak values, where stated, apply for at most 1% of each minute. The performance diagrams specify their oil viscosity, temperature and return-pressure test conditions. Drain-line arrangement and back pressure must follow the applicable manufacturer pages.
