Bosch Rexroth ZDR10DP3-5X/25YM sandwich pressure-reducing valve

Bosch Rexroth ZDR10DP3-5X/25YM is a size 10 sandwich pressure-reducing valve, factory article R900481806, for modular hydraulic stacks. This direct-operated valve reduces pressure in channel P on the component side. The control pressure is taken from P on component side, with internal pilot supply and external pilot drainage. It also limits pressure in the secondary circuit through the documented relief path.

The lockable rotary knob with scale adjusts pressure up to the 25 bar stage endpoint. The manufacturer article lists a maximum pressure of 350.0 bar, maximum flow of 160.0 L/min and NBR seals. The drain counterpressure must remain within the documented 160 bar limit. Minimum achievable secondary pressure depends on flow and drain pressure; the pressure stage is not a preset.
