Bosch Rexroth ZDB6VP2-4X/200V sandwich pressure-relief valve

Bosch Rexroth ZDB6VP2-4X/200V is a size 6 sandwich pressure-relief valve, factory article R900409844, for modular hydraulic stacks. This pilot-operated valve provides pressure relief along the circuit P → T. It uses one pressure-valve cartridge within the sandwich plate.

The hexagon adjustment with protective cap adjusts pressure up to the 200 bar stage endpoint. The manufacturer article lists a maximum pressure of 315.0 bar, maximum flow of 60.0 L/min and FKM seals. Tank-channel pressure must not exceed 40 bar and must also respect the valve above it in the stack. Minimum setting is flow-dependent; the pressure stage is not a factory preset.
