Bosch Rexroth ZDB6VP2-4X/100 sandwich pressure-relief valve

Bosch Rexroth ZDB6VP2-4X/100 is a size 6 sandwich pressure-relief valve, factory article R900423274, for modular hydraulic stacks. This pilot-operated valve provides pressure relief along the circuit P → T. It uses one pressure-valve cartridge within the sandwich plate.

The hexagon adjustment with protective cap adjusts pressure up to the 100 bar stage endpoint. The manufacturer article lists a maximum pressure of 315.0 bar, maximum flow of 60.0 L/min and NBR seals. The limits shown are the values listed for this factory article. Later series-level ratings do not override these article-specific values.

Tank-channel pressure must not exceed 40 bar and must also respect the valve above it in the stack. Minimum setting is flow-dependent; the pressure stage is not a factory preset. Consult the applicable June 2026 series sheet for operating-fluid conditions, pressure/flow curves, exact mounting dimensions and stack-dependent mounting screws. Screws are ordered separately.
