Bosch Rexroth Z2DB10VD1-4X/100V sandwich pressure-relief valve

Bosch Rexroth Z2DB10VD1-4X/100V is a size 10 sandwich pressure-relief valve, factory article R900505079, for modular hydraulic stacks. This pilot-operated valve provides pressure relief along the circuit A → B, B → A. Its two pressure-valve cartridges protect the two documented flow paths independently.

The rotary knob adjusts pressure up to the 100 bar stage endpoint. The manufacturer article lists a maximum pressure of 315.0 bar, maximum flow of 100.0 L/min and FKM seals. Tank-channel pressure must not exceed 40 bar and must also respect the valve above it in the stack. Minimum setting is flow-dependent; the pressure stage is not a factory preset. The series data sheet limits the VD cross-port execution to one million load cycles.
