Bosch Rexroth VT-VSPA2-1-2X/V0/T5 proportional valve amplifier

VT-VSPA2-1-2X/V0/T5, manufacturer material number R901002095, is a Bosch Rexroth Eurocard analog amplifier for proportional hydraulic valves without electrical position feedback. The documented valve families are 4WRA6/10 series 2X, 4WRZ series 7X and 3DREP series 2X. Option T5 provides five adjustable ramp times, ramp call-ups and a switchable measuring socket.

Supply is nominally 24 V DC within 18–35 V DC. Command inputs include ±10 V differential, 4–20 mA and four callable ±10 V values. The clocked output stage has a 0–2.5 A capability; current limits, bias, jump height and clock frequency must match the selected valve. The ramp range is 20 ms to 5 s, switchable to 0.2–50 s. Enable and ramp on/off inputs support integration into the machine control.

The 100×160 mm card uses a 48-pin form F connector and operates at 0–50 °C. Card holder, rack, power supply and valve are separate installation components. Existing machine settings require application-specific commissioning; the designation does not define the final solenoid-current adjustment.
