Bosch Rexroth VT-VRPA1-100-1X/V0/0 proportional valve amplifier

VT-VRPA1-100-1X/V0/0, manufacturer material number R901009038, is a Bosch Rexroth Eurocard analog amplifier with one solenoid output and electrical valve-position feedback. The documented application is DBETR series 1X proportional pressure valves. Its PID position controller compares the command and valve-position signals; the inductive position-transducer electronics are application-adjusted.

Supply is nominally 24 V DC with a 22–35 V functional range. The differential command input can be configured for 0–10 V, 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA; separate 0–6 V and 0–9 V inputs are also provided. The catalog output reference is 2.2 A ±10% with a 10 Ω solenoid resistance at 20 °C. Ramp-up and ramp-down use selectable short or long ranges; enable is active above 10 V and inactive below 9 V unless the permanent-enable bridge is selected.

The 100×160 mm card uses a 32-pin form D blade connector and operates at 0–50 °C. Measurement zero M0 is raised 9 V above supply 0 V and must not be connected to supply 0 V. The card holder, rack and power supply are separate installation components.
