Bosch Rexroth VT-SSPA1-50-1X/V0/0-24 proportional valve amplifier

VT-SSPA1-50-1X/V0/0-24, manufacturer material number R901005414, is a Bosch Rexroth plug-in analog amplifier for proportional hydraulic solenoids without electrical position feedback. This execution uses a PG11 cable gland and four screw terminals. The documented application is Universal proportional solenoid application. Its catalog rated solenoid current is 2.5 A; the maximum current must be adjusted to the actual valve solenoid.

Supply is nominally 24 V DC within 18–35 V DC. The command input uses 0–10 V for proportional operation or 12 V to the supply voltage for switching operation. Ramp-up and ramp-down can be adjusted separately; the catalog guideline is 0.1–5 s and the achievable minimum depends on the solenoid. The clock-frequency reference is 305 Hz at catalog rated current. The permissible ambient range for this connection execution is −25 to 60 °C.

Do not use solenoids with integrated free-wheeling diodes. IP65 requires the cable or suitable mating connector to be mounted. The supply fuse and correct coil wiring must follow the manufacturer instructions; cable sets and mating connectors are selected separately.
