Description

VT-MSPA2-2X/A5/000/000, manufacturer material number R901439037, is a Bosch Rexroth analog DIN-rail amplifier for proportional hydraulic valves without electrical position feedback. It controls two solenoid outputs and uses a 0 to ±10 V command signal. Stored valve characteristics are selected with the valve-type switches; ramp, zero point, step and current parameters are adjustable.

The nominal supply is 24 V DC within 18–36 V DC. When the selected valve has a maximum solenoid current of 0.8 A, the lower supply limit is 21 V. The output-stage capability is 2.7 A, but actual allowable current and clock frequency depend on the selected valve and settings. Ramp times are adjustable from 0.01 to 30 s. The digital input can provide enable or the documented alternative ramp/inversion functions, depending on setup.

The IP20 module mounts vertically on TH35-7.5 or TH35-15 rail with detachable spring terminals. Ambient operation is 0–60 °C; leave at least 2 cm clear above and below the ventilation slots and 1 cm to adjacent assemblies above 50 °C. The valve, cabling and power supply are selected separately.
