Bosch Rexroth PV7-1X/40-45RE37MC0-16 variable vane pump

PV7-1X/40-45RE37MC0-16, manufacturer material number R900580384, is a Bosch Rexroth PV7 pressure-controlled variable-displacement vane pump. This clockwise execution uses mechanical pressure control, NBR seals and a keyed cylindrical shaft.

The manufacturer’s RE10515 edition 2018-11 gives geometric maximum displacement 45 cm³/rev and a size-specific output-pressure limit of 160 bar. The published adjustable zero-stroke pressure range is 20–160 bar; it does not establish the actual setting of an individual supplied article. Reference flow is 66 L/min under the stated measurement conditions.

Reference flow is measured at 1450 rpm, 10 bar and viscosity 41 mm²/s. Characteristic curves use oil temperature 50 °C. Output pressure is size-specific with HLP mineral oil; the 2 bar absolute drain-pressure limit and viscosity requirements remain applicable. Actual fluid, viscosity, drain pressure, drive and commissioning conditions must follow the selected original pages.
