Bosch Rexroth HM20-2X/160-H-K35-N electronic pressure transducer

HM20-2X/160-H-K35-N, manufacturer material number R901381347, is a Bosch Rexroth HM20 electronic pressure transducer with a 160 bar measurement-range class, male G1/4 process connection and three-wire 0.1–10 V voltage output. It converts hydraulic pressure into an analog electrical signal.

The supply range is 18–36 V DC, limited to 30 V DC for cULus applications. The voltage-output load must be greater than 2 kΩ. The stated full-span characteristic-curve deviation includes non-linearity, hysteresis and zero/end-value deviations. Electrical supply, medium compatibility and protection against hydraulic pressure peaks must be checked for the installation.

The selected manufacturer technical reference is RE30272, edition 2022-02. Its separate overload reference is 320 bar and burst reference is 640 bar. Neither value is a permissible continuous measurement range.
