Bosch Rexroth HEDE10-3X/600/1/-Gi-K35-0 electronic pressure switch and transducer

HEDE10-3X/600/1/-Gi-K35-0, manufacturer material number R901425476, is a Bosch Rexroth HEDE10 electronic pressure switch and transducer with a 600 bar measurement-range class and a female G1/4 process connection. It combines one switching output with one analog output. The analog output can be configured for 4–20 mA or 0–10 V; these are alternative settings, not two simultaneous analog channels.

The supply range is 18–30 V DC. A four-digit display and local programming support pressure monitoring. OUT1 is the switching output or IO-Link communication channel; OUT2 is the analog channel for this execution. Normally open/closed behavior and switching thresholds are programmable. The current-output load must not exceed (UB − 10) × 50 Ω; the voltage-output load must be at least 2000 Ω. Switching current is rated at 150 mA, increased to 200 mA up to 60 °C or 250 mA up to 40 °C. Select the switching thresholds and analog mode for the installation.

The selected manufacturer technical reference is RE30277, edition 2017-02. Its separate overload reference is 800 bar and burst reference is 2500 bar. Neither value is a permissible continuous measurement range.
