Bosch Rexroth HED 8 OP-2X/100K14KW hydraulic pressure switch

HED 8 OP-2X/100K14KW, manufacturer material number R901107370, is a Bosch Rexroth piston-operated hydraulic pressure switch with subplate mounting and NBR seals. Its rotary knob with scale adjusts the mechanical trip point. A potential-free changeover microswitch provides normally closed and normally open contacts; it is not an analog pressure transmitter.

The pressure class is 100 bar, with a 10–100 bar decreasing-pressure adjustment range. The separate NBR/FKM maximum operating-pressure limit is 350 bar. These are not proof pressure, burst pressure or an actual delivery trip setting. Switching differential depends on set pressure and the original curves; a single hysteresis value is not assigned.

K14 uses an EN 175301-803 connector with three contacts and protective earth. On rising pressure, terminals 1–2 open and terminals 1–3 close. Contact-current ratings depend on voltage and load type; the 2 A resistive ratings at 24 V DC or 250 V AC must not be applied to arbitrary inductive loads. The mating connector is separately ordered.

The pressure gauge determines the exact switching adjustment; any scale is for orientation. Mount with low vibration and protect against hydraulic pressure surges.
